A Speaker leads one Instruction week, open to the Class and Community. They bring lived experience and answer real questions from the room. They experience share with applied theory, they do not lecture.

How we choose Speakers

Lived experience, not stage time.

For the inaugural Compass cohort, we are recruiting operators and academics with lived experience leading businesses through volatile periods like downturns, pivots, scale-back decisions, capital squeezes, macro shocks. We weight current operating experience over speaking-circuit polish. We weight willingness to sit and listen over willingness to perform.

We are recruiting Speakers through the summer, one for each of the four Instruction weeks. Rather than publish a tentative list, we announce each Speaker as they confirm. The full lineup will be public before lottery entries open on September 1. If you know an operator or academic who belongs in this room, tell us.
